<description>Very nice gadget, not seen anything better for a notebook PC than this.
My lockups when trying to show all cores of CPU/Mem option on an HP101 running an Atom 550 processor. Fixed it by turning off Multicore monitoring. Other lockup when was testing a wired network and kept putting in LAN cable many times.
It is quite stable with these options. If you figure out how to fix other issues even better, but from me I am very impressed with the gadget. It has just about everything I would put on a gadget if I knew how, therefore I am very happy I met your gadget.  :ok:
Thank you and please keep developing.

		<description>Hi,
I was using the gadget on an HP Elitebook 8530p using an ATI Radeon HD 3650 and it worked perfectly under Win7-64 Enterprise.  Changed the notebook recently and re-installed the gadget (same version 2.2.6) because I loved it, and it does not behave the same way at all... :wut:
On the old one, never experienced any freeze or blank (empty) pannel, even after recovering from sleep mode.
My new system is still an HP Elitebook, but the 8540w is equiped this time with an NVidia Quadro FX880, which is supposed to be more performant than the ATI :schweiz:
Very disappointed by the card.. :sauer:   OS is the same and I haven&#039;t changed any other settings. The freeze (or empty pannel) occurs when I get out of the settings and looses all settings when reloading :sauer: . Are the settings stored somewhere in an .ini or .xml file ? maybe I can get them back from my old laptop ?
Very sad that it doesn&#039;t like the NVidia chipset. The driver is dated from June 3rd, 2010; and the version is 8.17.11.9805. Hope you will be able to find out what&#039;s causing this, because I would really love to continue to use the gadget, which in my opinion replaces a lot of others in one single place.
Good work and excellent presentation.
Keep going.

<description>@Greg Nash: Thanks for your thoughts. I didn&#039;t worked with one of the new i3 - i7 cpus yet and didn&#039;t realized this behaviour.
Will check how I can implement this.</description>

		<description>Locking up...
Running on a Dell xps16, Windows 7 64-bit, 4-core + hyperthreading.
When CPU/RAM is displayed occasionally locks up.  Opening a debugger, I found that one of the cpu utilisation values was negative, and attempting to set the bar graph width was bombing on the negative value.  I don&#039;t know why it was negative, but it was.

Now I&#039;ve given an answer, here&#039;s my request:
Hyperthreading actually means multiple threads per core, meaning two threads cannot both achieve 100% util, but two that share a core theoretically could.  The system.machine.cpus collection doesn&#039;t indicate hyperthreading, however, it could be a user-selected option. Then I&#039;d like the use per *core* indicated, perhaps using a different color for each thread on the same core as a stacked bar. An Intel i7 8x0 with 4 cores and 8 threads would have 4 dual-color bars, and each bar would have two numbers beside it. I don&#039;t need the core &quot;names&quot; to be indicated - i know what they are.

Regards
